Your largest sexual organ is not the brain, nor your genitals, nor is it the eyes or skin. It is your arteries, in fact more specifically, it is the inner lining in the blood vessels.
Tantric transmutation of energy and learning to retain semen will do wonders in rejuvenating and will reverses the aging process as well as sexual performance, lasting much longer.

Your/his most important sexual organ, is not your Vajra / Lingham / Penis.
