The Great Life Renewing Union |

We would now like to introduce a meditation for lovers. The Great Life
Renewing Union is simply a meeting in absolute truthfulness, not
deviating from what is happening in the moment. It belongs to all beings
everywhere. Whenever a couple are making love, the possibility of
experiencing this automatically becomes available.
When a man and a woman enter the sex act, it is a simple merging of opposite, electrical currents. One is Yin, receptive, and one is Yang, outgoing. when they meet it creates the possibility of light and consciousness. This meditation help you witness this current and move with the waves of Yin and Yang as they flow through your body and your partner's body. As you let go deeply into what is without interference from the mind, a circle of energy will envelope your two bodies, making them one. No "normal" orgasmic experience can even come close to this phenomenon. If you pay close attention to your energy during sex, you will notice that states of arousal come in waves. There are waves of Yang, or intense excitement and heat, followed by waves of Yin, when the whole energy wants to rest in a deep state of letting-go. The Yang state is the male transmission of electricity and is often followed by a sudden loss of erection. Normally when this happens a man is full of anxiety and will try and force his erection to come back by pumping harder. This is a mistake. Instead, |
you should both allow the
Yin state of overtake you and give the woman's electrical charge a chance
to manifest itself. If you can do this, you will enter what is called
"valley orgasm". In this state, the feminine principle begins
to expand and a great peace will envelope you and renew and invigorate
every cell of your bodies. This will bathe your souls and bring intimacy
and benediction to your union. The woman's pleasure centers expand so
much during this time that when the Yang principle returns you will both
experience even greater peaks. Resting in the Yin state is a different
phenomenon to the normal resting for one or two minutes in between active
lovemaking. The Yin space needs to be allowed a minimum of 10 minutes
each time to give the opportunity for a deeper experience.
If you can move into three cycles of Yin and Yang when you make love, you will trigger the Great Life Renewing Union,. In this union, you will meet as one circle of electricity with no beginning or ending, and the body, soul and spirit principles merge as one. There is nor greater benediction for a human being than this. It is so simple and obvious that you may laugh, wondering what all the fuss was about and why you searched so hard when the secret was so close at hand. From this place to experience, we can truly say the source is the goal and sex is Samadhi. The attainment of it happens very simply, namely by trusting the moment and accepting that which is.
