Gradual Build...

The activities will be built in a gradual manner. The approach is gentle and considerate. We will first establish the energy of the group as a whole and a deep level of mutual understanding and bonding between the group members. It is only then that you may begin to go deeper and deeper into the realms of the Tantric work.

The journey is simultaneously bi-directional. You will travel deep into your inner self and higher being, into peace and serenity, into balance. At the same time you will embark on a discovery journey of your partners and group members, only to discover that it is actually, yet another way of getting to know yourselves on a higher plane.

Watching Patterns.

The practices will shed a light on patterns of behavior and only such an awareness will enable us to adapt better, wanted patterns which will gradually push away the old ones, to create a better life and a better reality. When you work with nudity and sexuality, you are sort of thrown out from the familiar and well known into the new and unknown. It is then that your unwanted patterns hit you hard. They are then most obvious and easy to detect.

Touch and Body Awareness.

We will conduct a unique and irregular teaching on topics related with the science touch and provide useful knowledge and actually a new language to use when touch is concerned. We will teach you how to actually communicate efficiently through touch.

The practices will provide a chance for a special connection with your own bodies and awareness to your body.

Challenging Boundaries.

Boundaries are important! We all have boundaries and it is great. Boundaries are really required for a peaceful life, balance and stability. The problem however is, that most of our boundaries are not really ours. We all live with other people's boundaries and agendas and never stop to examine: "Is this my own boundary, or am I living someone else's boundaries". Following Tantra's teachings - you will break your boundaries with awareness and see, which boundaries really are yours and which can be tossed away on behalf of expansion and growth.

Empowering Ceremonies.

You will learn and practice some beautiful, deep, moving Tantric ceremonies. These ceremonies will enhance your bonding and connection. They will help you with establishing your connection at the soul level and empower your relationship.

Opening of the Inner Flute.

Tantric meditations will be practiced together. Some of the meditations will be active and some will be quiet sitting or through guided imagination. These meditations will help you in clearing you "inner flute" so that energy (sexual energy, emotional energy and others) will freely flow throughout your body.

Working in a Sacred Space.

The location in which the weekend workshop will take place is defined as a sacred space. This is a secure and protected space where you may experience and experiment, examine yourselves, examine and break your boundaries. In your sacred space you sense and recognize that everything is allowed and legitimate, everything is possible and everything is accepted with Love and without any judgment. You feel accepted and contained. We place a great importance on the sacred space and we do not compromise on anything to assure its integrity by setting up and adhering to rules of conduct which will be clearly described to everyone and by sustaining the energy, based on our vast experience with this work.

What is our definition of Advanced Couples?

For us, advanced couples are measured by several parameters:

They are in a good, stabile relationship (or no relationship at all). In short, There should be no hard feelings between you and you should be emotionally balanced at an acceptable degree.
Open and dedicated to spiritual work, meditations and group activities that include movement, dance and sharing. Advanced couples are expected to be clean of cynicism and skepticism.
Open to work and activity in the nude, which includes touch and working on issues of sexuality with other group members. (You will never be asked to do anything against your free choice and will, but on the other hand, if you are really closed in this respect, you will degrade the group energy and your own as well).

Level of sexual interactions:

During the workshop you will slowly open up to work on your sexuality with your partner and with other group members. This includes touch of sexual nature to some extent (according to your mutual choice). The only real limitation is of mutual respect and sacredness among participants. In all cases, activity will not include full intercourse. During one of the special practices (Puja) toward the end of this weekend, there will be an opportunity for partners to have a sacred reunion (intercourse) under very special conditions of a special ceremony and only within the couple.

Dr. Ben Shomer.

Born: Israel, 1960. Father of three (12, 15 and 19)
Ph.D. in Biology. Expert in Bioinformatics with years of experience in the Biotechnology industry and academic teaching.
As a young paratrooper, I was exposed to numerous fatal combat situations, including war, which led me to deeply understand some true perspectives of life and its meaning. My observation on Awareness, "Living Here and Now" and Seizing the Moment were sharpened.
Along my path, I embarked on a unique, powerful personal development process and evolved to discover my inner light and competence to help people.
In 2003 I met Efrat and joined with her on a magical journey to form a strong, leading partnership of teaching, mentoring and assistance.
I am a Reiki Master, Certified Massage Therapist, Certified Meditation Teacher. Leading and knowledgeable Tantra mentor.

Efrat Bustan.

Born: Israel, 1964. Mother of two (19 and 22).
C.P.A. For years I held a key position in one of the leading CPA offices in Israel.
Along my professional path, I studied the Grinberg Method and I am a certified instructor. I completed the entire Landmark Path.
On the more creative side, I studied and practiced Theater with Director Shlomo Plesner. Took courses in Psychology, Group Leading and more.
I am an author of a children's book dedicated to emotional handling of parental divorce and a creative artist, expressing myself in drawing and photography.
Together with Ben, I travel through an enchanted garden of Expansion, Expressing my Feminine Empowerment, Teaching, Assistance and Joy. I am a Reiki Master, Certified Massage Therapist, Certified Meditation Teacher. Leading and knowledgeable Tantra mentor.
